<br />(2) Commercial/industrial districts. Storage of products, materials and equipment, <br />excluding rubbish or junk, which is necessary to an approved business operation in a commercial or <br />industrial district, and which is completely screened from adjoining properties and rights-of-way. The <br />site plan re~w p~ess is required to determine the appropriateness for storage pennitted in this <br />sectiol}-i~fadng r~quired for the storage area and the screening required. The site plan review <br />pro\;e's~Tequin!s a l1earing before the Planning and Zoning Committee and the City Council. Outside <br />display ofvehiclyi, equipment and merchandise for direct sale to consumers when the outside display <br />is custo~~an"a necessary to the trade and is a permitted use within the zoning district.
