<br />(E) Upon hearing the request, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall reconunend either <br />approval or denial of the proposed amendment and shall state the reasons of the action. <br /> <br />(F) Within 30 days ofthe'reconunendation of the Planning and Zoning Comrhission, the City <br />Council shall consider the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Conunission and shall approve, <br />deny or modify the request to amend this chapter. <br /> <br />~ 154.400 ENFORCEMENT AND VIOLATIONS. <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator is directed by the City Council to enforce the provisions of this chapter <br />and maintain all necessary records pertaining to this chapter, including but not limited to amendments, <br />variances, complaints and violations. <br /> <br />~ 154.410 FEES AND LICENSING. <br /> <br />Fees and licensing provisions, affecting the administration and enforcement of this chapter, shall <br />be established by resolution ofthe City Council. The city does require payment for its legal, planning <br />and engineering expenses, resulting from the review of proposed actions in the city. Each day <br />a violation exists constitutes a separate offense. <br /> <br />64 <br />
