AU in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Inspection of Rental Units - Ordinance #38 <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that the City does not conduct inspections and, at the <br />last meeting, it was discussed whether the City should do inspections or eliminate the <br />Ordinance. He then said that he has discussed inspection with Staff and it should be <br />fairly manageable. <br /> <br />Staff and the Commission discussed potential parameters for inspections and agreed that <br />decisions would need to be made as to what Staff would be looking for as minimum <br />passing qualifications for the annual inspection. <br /> <br />Council Liaison Terway left at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Continued Review of Ordinances <br /> <br />Ordinance #41 - No changes needed. <br /> <br />Ordinance #42 - No changes needed. <br /> <br />Ordinance #43 - Replaced by Ordinance #51. <br /> <br />Ordinance #44-A - No changes needed other than correction of typographical errors. <br /> <br />Ordinance #45 - During codification this will be combined with all others regarding <br />water and sewer. <br /> <br />Page 20f5 <br />
