<br />YOU MUST PRESENT VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICA nON. <br /> <br />VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS IS A CRIME. <br /> <br />306.24 DeniaL Suspension or Revocation of License. A license under this Section may <br />be denied, suspended, or revoked by the Council after a public hearing where the licensee is <br />granted the opportunity to be heard, for one or more of the following reasons: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. <br /> <br />The operation of the business is in conflict with any provision of this Code. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 The operation of the business is in conflict with any health, building, <br />building maintenance, zoning, or any other provision of this Code or law. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. The licensee or the business premises fails to conform with the standards <br />for license application contained in this Section. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. The licensee has failed to comply with one or more provisions of this <br />Section or any statute, rule or ordinance pertaining to the businesses of pawnbroker or <br />secondhand goods dealer. . <br /> <br />$ubd. 5. <br /> <br />Fraud, misrepresentation or bribery in securing a license. <br /> <br />Subd. 6. <br />business. <br /> <br />Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements in the course of the applicant's <br /> <br />Subd. 7. Subject who has been convicted of any state or federal law relating to <br />receiving stolen property, sale of stolen property or controlled substance, burglary, <br />robbery, theft, damage or trespass of property, operation ofa business, crimes of violence, <br />or any law or Ordinance regulating the business of pawnbrokers, secondhand goods <br />dealers or precious metal dealers or any other conviction relating in a sentence of one <br />year or greater. <br /> <br />Subd. 8. <br /> <br />No out side display of merchandise. <br /> <br />306.25 Redemption Period. A person who pawns an item slpll have at least five (5) <br />months to redeem the item before it may be sold. <br /> <br />306.26 Inspections. A peace officer or any properly designated employee of the City or <br />the State of Minnesota may enter and search business premises licensed under this Section during <br />business hours, without a warrant. <br /> <br />306.27 Penalties. Any person who violates this Ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished according to prevailing state laws. <br /> <br />II <br />
