Upon discussions with Mr. Carlson <br />and receiving his approval, he will be present at this evenings meeting to discuss any and <br />all questions that you may have similar to a public hearing setting. A public hearing will <br />be scheduled for your next meeting; however, Mr. Carlson will be unable to attend same. <br />Mr. Carlson has requested that the preliminary plat appear on Council's second meeting <br />in June for consideration. <br /> <br />Mr. Carlson is currently working with Rice Creek Watershed District and it is anticipated <br />that their approval will be secured by the June puplic hearing. Mr. Carlson did appear <br />before the Parks and Recreation Committee and he will be paying park dedication fees on <br />44 units @ $3,OOO/unit = $132,000. Please find the attached P & R minutes for review. <br />
