<br />City of Centervi/le <br />Ordinance #13 (Liquor) <br />08/28/02 <br /> <br />establishment licensed under this ordinance, as set forth in this <br />section, reflects the prevailing community standards of the city. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />It is unlawful for any licensee to permit or allow any person or <br />" persons on the licensed premises when the person does not have" <br />their buttocks, anus, genitals and female breasts covered with a <br />non-transparent material. It is unlawful for any person to be on the <br />licensed premises when the person does not have their buttocks, <br />anus, genitals and female breasts covered with a non-transparent <br />material. This paragraph shall also apply to non-alcohol under age <br />events on the licensed premises. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />It is unlawful for any licensee to permit or allow any male and/or <br />female swim suit competition on the licensed premises during any <br />non alcohol under age event. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />A violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable as provided <br />by law, and is justification for revocation or suspension of any <br />liquor, wine, or 3.2 percent malt liquor license Or the imposition of a <br />civil penalty under the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 5. Consumption in Public Places. <br /> <br />Except as otherwise provided for herein, no person shall consume intoxicating liquor or <br />3.2 percent malt liquor in a public park, on any public street, sidewalk, trail, parking lot <br />or alley, or in any pUblic place other than on the premises of an establishment licensed <br />under this ordinance, in a municipal liquor dispensary if one exists in the city, or where <br />the consumption and display of liquor is lawfully permitted. <br /> <br />Section 6. <br /> <br />This Section has been left blank for future use. <br /> <br />Section 7. Term and Expiration of Licenses. <br /> <br />No person, except as otherwise provided .in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 340A shall <br />directly or indirectly deal in, sell, keep for sale or deliver any intoxicating Iiquor,3.2 <br />percent malt liquor, or wine as part of a commercial transaction without first having <br />received a license to do so as provided in this ordinance; nor shall any private club or <br />public place, directly or indirectly, or upon any pretense or by any device, allow the <br />consumption or display of intoxicating IiqlJor or serve any liquid for the purpose of <br />mixing with intoxicating liquor without first obtaining a license from the City as provided <br />in this ordinance. <br /> <br />Each license shall be issued for a maximum period of one year. All licenses except <br />temporary licenses, shall expire on December 31 of each year unless another date is <br />provided by ordinance. All licenses shall expire on the same date. Temporary licenses <br />expire according to their terms. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 17 <br />
