Where public water is not available, the subdivider shall supply acceptable <br />Cince of the availabililSer. Copies of wel from said test wells which are obtained shall <br />include the name and address of the well driller and shall be submitted with <br />the plan to the Council. <br /> <br />38.06-2. If a private individual water supply is permitted, individual private wells shall <br />be located at least twenty-five (25) feet from property lines; fifty (50) feet <br />from all septic tanks; approximately one hundred (100) feet from all tile <br />disposal fields and other sewage disposal facilities; ten (10) feet from all cast <br />iron sewer lines; thirty (30) feet from any vitrified sewer tile lines; and shall <br />not be located within any floor plan. <br /> <br />38.07. SEWERS. All plats within the Urban Service Area Shall be connected to the <br />municipal sewer system. <br /> <br />38.08. UTILITIES. Every lot in a subdivision shall be capable of being served by <br />utilities, and easements acceptable to the utility companies shall be provided. <br />Electric, gas and other utility distribution lines shall be installed within public <br />rights-of-way or within properly designated easements. To the fullest extent <br />possible, underground utility line shall be installed within the right-of-way <br />adjacent to but not beneath existing and proposed paved areas. <br /> <br />38.09. TREES. One (I) tree per lot shall be planted in accordance with adopted City <br />standards except on comer lots on which two (2) trees will be planted. The <br />location and types of trees must meet the approval of the Council. <br /> <br />38.10. STREET LIGHTING. In single and multiple family developments, the <br />developer shall install residential ornamental street lights and custom policies <br />as recommended by the City Engineer. In commercial or industrial <br />developments, the developer shall install commercial or industrial metal poles <br />and fixtures as recommended by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />38.11. STREET NAME AND TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS. In single and multiple <br />family developments, the developer shall install all street name signs and <br />traffic control signs as deemed necessary by the City Engineer. SODDING. The developer must sod the front yard, boulevard and side yards <br />to the rear of the structure on every lot.
