The meeting will be held 0f1 Monday, <br />December 1, 2003 commencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter in Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br />All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard "'erbally or in writing.
