<br />that I have full knowledge of the facts which are stated below:

<br />to the back of the residence. Mr. & Mrs,
<br />Spivak are requesting a 14' x 20' sun
<br />room with an attached 8' x 14' deck with
<br />steps. Same would be constructed on
<br />stilts.
<br />The City Hall is ADA accessible.
<br />Requests for hearing assisted devices or
<br />a sign language interpreter must be
<br />received before 4:00 p.m. December 28.
