<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
<br />NonCE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public
<br />hearing will be held befora the Planning and
<br />Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville at
<br />City Ha\\, 1880 Main Street. The said meeting
<br />will take place on Tuesday, December 7, 1999
<br />at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter.
<br />The purpose of the hearing will be to hear all
<br />persons present regarding the possibility of
<br />rezoning of Parcel Identifjcation No.
<br />23.31.22.41.0007 described as follows:
<br />That part of the South Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
<br />23, Township 31, Range 22, Anaka County.
<br />Minnesota; lying north of the North line of
<br />the South 277.66 feet thereof; lying west of
<br />the centerline of CDunty RDad No 54; and
<br />lying east of a line at right angles to the
<br />South line of said South Harf of the
<br />Northeast Quarter Df the Southeast Quarter
<br />from a point thereon a distance of 473.76
<br />feet west Df the SDutheast comer thereof.

<br />I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn,
<br />on .oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated
<br />agent and an employee of the newspaper known as The Quad
<br />Community Press, and that I have full knowledge of the facts which
<br />are stated below:

<br />idential with Special Use Permit Required.
<br />At the said time and place, the City will give all
<br />parties present an opportunity to express. their
<br />views with respect tD the proposed request to
<br />rezone the prDperty. Written comments will be
<br />accepted at City Hall until Tuesday, December
<br />7, at 4:00 p.m. City Hall is ADA accessible.
