SURVIVAL - All obligations, covenants, warranties, duties and representations of Seller and the Buyer <br />hereunder shall survive the execution of this Agreement and any subsequent conveyance of any portion of <br />the Subject Property, <br /> <br />19. REAL ESTATE COMMISION - No Real Estate Commission or Brokers will be paid by Seller, <br /> <br />DISCLOSURE - Kent Roessler is a licensed Real Estate Broker, <br /> <br />21. REPRESENTATION - Kent Roessler is the Representative of the Seller in this transaction, <br /> <br />22, TAXES - Real Estate Ta....es shall be prorated as of the date of closing. All Deferred, green acre taxes shall <br />be responsibility of Seller <br /> <br />23.
