<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Centerville City Council witt hold a public hearing and may take
<br />action on the following matter:

<br />ITEM: VARIANCE
<br />PETITIONER: DAVID PIKlLlAN
<br />LOCATION: THE PROPERTY MAY BE DESCRIBED LEGALLY AS Lot 1, Blk 8 Centerville
<br />or 23-31-22-23-0015. Contact City Hall for a complete description.

<br />The petitioner requests the CentervillePlanning and Zoning Commission consider granting a variance for
<br />the above-mentioned property. The variance is to allow a dwelling to be constructed within 5' of the rear
<br />yard set back and 3' from the side yard set back The said hearing will take place on Tuesday, May 4, 1999
<br />at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chamber beginning at 7:00 p.m or shortly
<br />thereafter. The City Hall is accessible, Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign language interpreter
<br />must be received before 4:00 p,m April 23, 1999. All person interested are invited to attend and to be heard.
