<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City ofCenterville will consider a
<br />preliminary plat request submitted by Royal Oaks Realty The meeting is scheduled for
<br />Wednesday, April 28, 1999 at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the meeting is to
<br />hear all parties present regarding the possibilities of approving the preliminary plat for the area
<br />legally described as:

<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka
<br />Couty, Minnesota lying westerly ofthe East 655.00 feet thereof and lying northerly ofthe South
<br />342.75 feet thereof. Subject to roadways and easements of record.
<br />
<br />City Hall is ADA accessible Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign language
<br />interpreter must be received before April 23, 1999. Such a request may be made by telephone
