<br />BEFORE THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL

<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing and may take
<br />action on the following matter:
<br />
<br />ITEM: Lot Split
<br />PETITIONER: R & R Leasing
<br />LOCATION: THE PROPERTY MAY BE DESCRIBED LEGALLY AS North line of the NW 1/4 ofthe
<br />NW 1/4 of Section 24, TWP. 31, RNG. 22 is assumed to Bear S89 and 48'30"degrees west. Contact
<br />City Hall for a complete description.

<br />The petitioner requests the City Council grant a lot split approval for the above-mentioned property. The
<br />said hearing will take place on Wednesday, April 28, 1999 at the CentervilIe City Hall, 1880 Main Street in
<br />the Council Chamber beginning at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The City Hall is accessible Requests for
<br />hearing assistance devices or a sign language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m April 23, 1999.
