I . . . , NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CENTERVILLE COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City ofCenterville, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 27,1997,7:00 p.m or shortly thereafter at the Centerville city Council Chambers in the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota, relating to the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No 1-5 (an economic development district), located within Development District No.1, and the adoption of the Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto (the "Plan"), pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469124 through 469.134 and Sections 469.174 to 469.179, all inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Plan are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall. The property to be included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-5, is indicated on the map below, and is within the City of Centerville. The property proposed to be included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-5 encompasses all property and adjacent and interior roads and rights-of-way as indicated by the parcel identification number listed below: Parcel Number R24-31-22-23-0006 A map of Tax Increment Financing District No 1-5, within Development District No.1, is set forth below. Subject to certain limitations, tax increment from Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-5 may be spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of Development District NO.1. '!~" Ji.:....
