Ifunopposed, the assessment will be added <br />to your taxes at an 8% interest rate. The proposed assessment amount of$5,144.91 can <br />be applied to your taxes and paid over a ten year period. If you, as the property owner, <br />pay the entire assessment within 30 days, and before the City certifies the assessment to <br />Anoka County, interest only accrues to the date of payment.
