<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br />Jim March, being first duly sworn, on oath DEPOSES AND SAYS that he is and was <br />on October 29, 1996, the duly qualified and acting City Administrator of the City of <br />Centerville, Minnesota; that on said date he caused to be mailed a copy of the attached <br />notice of public hearing on the Clearwater Meadows proposed assessment of the City to <br />the owner of each parcel proposed to be assessed for said improvements by depositing it <br />in the United States mail with postage fuJly prepaid thereon; that the names and addresses <br />of such owners were those appearing as such on the records of the County Treasurer of <br />Anoka County of the date 14 days prior to adoption of the assessment providing for said <br />hearing, except that the names and addresses of owners of parcels not appearing on such <br />records were determined by reference to maps, plats, and other documents on file in the <br />City Hall of said City, and, to the extent found to be necessary, but reference to the <br />records of the City Assessor and the United States Post Office, and the published listing of <br />affected properties in the City. ~_. ~. <br /> <br />~,.Jf1".
