<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Centerville Planning and
<br />Zoning Commission and the City Council will be hOlding public
<br />hearings and may take action on the following matter:
<br />ITEM: Request for a Special Use Permit Allowing Minj.
<br />Storage in the Industrial District (Subject to Lot Split Approval,
<br />Minimum Area Requirements, Road Access and any Additional
<br />Requirements Planning & Zoning Commission or Council may
<br />impose).

<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: THE S 662.45 FT OF NW1/4 OF
<br />SW1/4 OF SEe 24 TWP 31 RGE 22, EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE
<br />OF REC.
<br />The petitioner requests that the CenterviHe Planning and
<br />Zoning Commission and the City Council consider granting a
<br />Special Use Permit allowing Mini-Storage in the lnpustrial
<br />District on the above-mentioned property for future development.
<br />The petitioner understands that numerous actions need to occur
<br />prior to construction of a building and the operation of a mini-
<br />storage facility. Said approval, if deemed appropriate, would be
<br />subject to a list of conditions which would need to be met orior
<br />to further consideration. The said hearings will take place on
<br />Tuesday, January 7, 2003 and Wednesday, Ja~uary e, ?003,
<br />respectively,' at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street In the
<br />Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly. therea~er.
<br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hean~g assIsted
