<br /> <br />~sta6[ishec[ 1857==--=""''''''--''--''''.=-- <br /> <br />1880 ~/f~in 5t~eet ('0 CenterviIrel C;vf'J{ 55033 <br />(G51) 429-3232 if) 'Fa;t (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-060 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />THE VACATION OF GOIFFON ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Section 4]2.85], entitled "Vacation of Streets," <br />authorizes the City Council of a statutory city by resolution to vacate any street on its own <br />motion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofCenterville is a duly incorporated statutory city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 3 and December 9, 2002, which <br />was preceded by two weeks' published and posted notice, to consider of the vacation of Goiffon <br />Road, located in the City of Centervil1e, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, written notice of said public hearing was mailed to each property owner <br />affected by the proposed vacation at least ten days prior to the hearing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville declares that it has been <br />determined after due consideration that is in the public interest to vacate Goiffon Road, located <br />in the City of Centervil1e, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville hereby vacates Goiffon Road, located in the City of Centerville, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE THIS DAY <br />OF , 2002 <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Tim Swedberg <br />Mayor, City ofCenterville <br /> <br />Teresa Bender <br />Clerk, City ofCenterville <br />
