You are receiving this letter because your home or business falls within the <br />potential boundaries ofthis district. <br /> <br />Currently, the City is looking at the properties on Main Street west of St. Genevieve's <br />Cemetery to the bend in the road at Main Street and Goiffon Road, as well as, one (1) <br />block to the north and south of this line. <br /> <br />We will be holding an informational meeting on Wednesday evening, December I 1,2002 <br />at 6:30 p.m. in the Centerville Council Chambers to discuss the pros and cons of the <br />proposed Downtown Historic District. The guest speaker will be Ms. Bonnie McDonald <br />of the Anoka County Historical Society, who will explain the process of establishing the <br />district and answer any questions. <br /> <br />If you know the history of your home or business, it would be very helptul if you would <br />ill! out the aHached information sheC't ar>d bring it and any historical photos of your <br />property to this meeting.
