Lakes Police Department is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public <br />Safety, Office of Traffic Safety, on behalf of the City of Centerville, for the project <br />entitled: SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES during the period from October I, 2007 <br />through September 30, 2008. <br /> <br />The chief of the Centennial Lakes Police Department is herby authorized to execute such <br />agreements and. amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the <br />Centennial Lakes Police Department and the City ofCenterville. <br /> <br />BE IT FARTHER RESOLVED, that the Coon Rapids Police Department is hereby <br />authorized to be fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf of the Centennial <br />Lakes Police Department and the City ofCenterville. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of February, 2008. ~ I <br /> <br />tt (~.~ " <br />t~~ "'-"'" <br /> <br />^est .~u.-.') ~~.L.
