<br /> <br />tervi[[e <br /> <br />'L-sta6{ished 185;' <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL <br />TO CONSIDER SITE PLAN REVIEW & SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A <br />31 UNIT SENIOR RESIDENTIAL FACILITY (Chauncey Barett Gardens Phase II) <br />TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT 7026 CENTERVILLE ROAD <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Centerville will <br />consider the submitted Site Plan and possible approval of a Special Use Permit allowing <br />the construction of a 31 unit senior residential facility to be located at 7026 Centerville <br />Road. A Special Use Permit would be required if the number of house units exceeds 16 <br />per Ord. #4. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 6:30 p.m. or <br />shortly thereafter. City Hall is located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota. The <br />purpose of the meeting is to consider the presented site plan and possibly grant the <br />Special Use Permit necessary to allow the construction ofthis complex. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. February 13, 2004. All persons <br />interested are invited to attend and to be heard verbally or in writing.
