Avenue considered for re-zoning from Industrial- 11 <br />to High Density Single Family Residential (Sewered) - R2A and a Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment that would re-designate same from Commercial to High Density Residential. <br />The applicant is also requesting to be allowed to split the front portion of Parcel #R23- <br />31-22-44-0002 recognized by the County of Anoka as 6895 - 20th Avenue with the new <br />parcel being zoned Commercial- Bland retaining its current Commercial status relating <br />to the City's Comprehensive Plan. The west 3.33 acres from Industrial - 11 to High <br />Density Residential (Sewered) - R2A, the north 1.51 acres from Industria1- 11 to High <br />Density Residential (Sewered) - R2A and the south .6 acres from Industrial - 11 to <br />Commercial - B 1. This requested lot split will leave a Commercial lot along 20th <br />Avenue. The meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2004 and Wednesday, <br />February 25,2004 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter respectively. City Hall is located at <br />1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota. PIMA Properties, LLC desires to construct <br />town homes.
