<br /> <br />ervi[[e <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTYOFANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVlLLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />REQUEST FOR LOT SPLIT & RE-ZONE FROM RURAL RESIDENTIAL - Rl <br />TO mGH DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (SEWERED) - R2A AND <br />A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT FROM LOWIMEDIUM DENSITY <br />TO HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR THE NEW PARCEL <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City <br />Council of the City of Centerville will consider a Lot Split, Re-Zone and Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment request submitted by PIMA Properties, LLC to have parcel R23-31-22- <br />44-0007 located south of Sumac Court considered for a lot split, re-zoning and <br />comprehensive plan amendment. The current parcel is 21.1 :f: acres and the applicant is <br />requesting that a lot split of 9.7 acres be considered. The applicant is requesting that the <br />new parcel (9.7 acres) be rezoned from Rural Residential- Rl to High Density Single <br />Family (Sewered) - R2A and a Comprehensive Plan Amendment that would re-designate <br />same from Low/Medium Density to High Density Residential. The southeast quarter of <br />southeast quarter of sec. 23, T21, R22, except the east 726 feet of the north 660 feet there <br />of and except the south 265 feet thereof, subject to a county ditch. The meetings are <br />scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2004 and Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 6:30 <br />p.m. or shortly thereafter respectively. City Hall is located at 1880 Main Street, <br />CentervilIe, Minnesota. PIMA Properties, LLC desires to construct town homes.
