The current parcel is 21.1 :I: acres and the applicant is <br />requesting that a lot split of 9.7 acres be considered. The applicant is requesting that the <br />new parcel (9.7 acres) be rezoned from Rural Residential - RI to High Density Single <br />Family (Sewered) - R2A and a Comprehensive Plan Amendment that would re-designate <br />same from LowIMedium Density to High Density Residential. The southeast quarter of <br />southeast quarter of sec. 23, T21, R22, except the east 726 feet of the north 660 feet there <br />of and except the south 265 feet thereof; subject to a county ditch. The meetings are <br />scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2004 and Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 6:30 <br />p.m. or shortly thereafter respectively.
