The applicant is also <br />requesting to be allowed to split the front portion of the Parcel #R23-31-22-44-0004 <br />recogn;7ed by the County of Anoka as 6867 - 20th Avenue with the new parcel being <br />zoned Commercial- Bland retaining its current Commercial statns relating to the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan. The west 3.56 acres (west 470' x 330') from Industrial - 11 to <br />High Density Residential (Sewered) - R2A and the east 1.51 acres (200' x 330') from <br />Industrial -11 to Commercial - B 1. This requested lot split wi1lleave a Commercial lot <br />along 20th Avenue. The meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2004 and <br />Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter respectively. City Hall <br />is located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota. PIMA Properties, LLC desires to <br />construct town homes.
