THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING WIlL BE HELD BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Centerville will <br />consider the rezone request submitted by the owner, Mr. Robert Burgstahler, 7381 Old <br />Mill Road (pIN #R14-31-22-31-0014) on Wednesday, May 26,2004 respectively at 6:30 <br />p.m. or shortly thereafter. Mr. Burgstahler is requesting that the City Council consider <br />the requested rezone due to the fact that Mr. Burgstahler has submitted a lot split request <br />and the property zoning shows as being R-l (Rural Residential) but should be zoned R-2 <br />(Single Family Residential) because of the less than required 10 acre minimum.
