THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY <br />(MR. DENNIS SHUDY) DESIRES TO OPERATE A REDI-MIX BUSINESS OUT <br />OF SAME. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City <br />Council of the City ofCenterville will consider site plans submitted by Mr. Dennis Shudy <br />regarding the construction of a 10,320 square foot building. Mr. Shudy desires to operate <br />a redi-mix business from the building. The meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, July 6, <br />2004 and Wednesday, July 14, 2004 respectively at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The <br />purpose of the meeting is to ascertain public input regarding the above request and the <br />possibility of granting the request. Both meetings will take place in Council Chambers <br />located at 1880 Main Street Centerville, Minnesota 55038. <br /> <br />PIN #R24-31.22-33-0002 <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. July 2, 2004.
