RICHARD CARLSON) & WT COMBINATION FOR PIN #R26-31-ZZ-22- <br />0003 - (MR. ROBERT KORAN - 6759 CENTERVlLLE ROAD) <br />THE PROPERTY OWNERS HAVE AGREED THAT CURRENTLY THERE IS <br />AN ENCROACHMENT ISSUE WITII A STRUCTURE THAT IS OWNED BY <br />MR. KORAN AND IS LOCATED ON KCR INVESTMENTS PROPERTY. BOTII <br />PARTIES HAVE AGREED TO A WT SPLIT OF 17' X 73.28' FROM PIN #R26- <br />31-22-22-0011 AND LOT COMBINATION TO PIN #R26-31-22-22-0003 TO <br />ALLEVIATE TIllS ENCROACHMENT ISSUE AND ARE REQUESTING <br />CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL. <br />THE PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD BEFORE BOTII THE PLANNING <br />AND ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City <br />Council of the City of Centerville will consider the requested lot split submitted by the <br />current owner KCR Investments (Mr. Richard Carlson) of 17' x 73.28' of PIN #R26-31- <br />22-22-0011 and to combine same with PIN #R26-31-22-22-0oo3 currently owned by Mr. <br />Robert Koran, 6759 Centerville Road. This requested lot splitJlot combination would <br />alleviate an existing encroachment issue. The meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, <br />September 7, 2004 and Wednesday, September 8, 2004 respectively at 6:30 p.m. or <br />shortly thereafter. The purpose of the meeting is to ascertain public input regarding the <br />above request and the possibility of granting the lot splitJlot combinations as requested. <br />Both public hearings will be held in Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, <br />Centerville, Minnesota 55038. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. September 3, 2004.
