<br />City Council of the City 01 Centerville will consider the requ.ested lot spr~ submltted.by
<br />Mr. Dahl (owner PIN #R14-31-2241...()016 - 7334 Brian DrNe). The entire parcel SJZe
<br />is 2.35 acres. Mr. Dahl is requesting that two (2) lots be made - 1.0 acre and 1.35 acres
<br />(thai part of the southwesterly 100' feet of Sac 14. Twp 31, Range 22, Anoka County
<br />MN. Lot 4, Block 2 The Woods of Clearwater Creek. The meetings are ~heduled for
<br />Monday, NoVember " 2004 and Wednesday,November 10, 2004 resp~ctIVeJy. at.6;30
<br />p.m. or shortly thereafter. ,.he purpose of the meeting Is to ascertam publIC Input
<br />regarding the above request and the possibility of granting ithe lot split as requested.
<br />Both publiC hearings will be held in Council Chambers located at 1880 MaIn Street,

<br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a- sign
<br />language interpreter must be receIved before 4:00 p.m. October 29, 2004. All persons
