Currently, the City of <br />CenterviIle is implementing the following fee structure: <br /> <br />Developed Property <br /> <br />. dentia! Annual Fee = $8.00 per residential unit <br /> <br />Commercial/Industrial Annual Fee = $24.00 per <br />commercial/industrial unit <br /> <br />New Construction <br /> <br />Residential", $200.00 per residential unit <br /> <br />Commercial/Industrial '" $0.05 per square foot of building, driving <br />lane, parking, and/or other impervious surface area <br /> <br />New Developments <br /> <br />Surface Water Management Area Charge'" $0.01546 per square <br />foot of platted area <br /> <br />The developed property and new construction charges were <br />implemented through a resolution dated May 1992.
