The plan Identifies estimated capital.expenditures and fund- ing sources for a five.year period. The amendment. If approved, includes legal support, participation and aulhol'ity for the City of Cemervllte's portion of a $2,365,000 in gen~ eral obligation bond issue by the City of Circle Pines for construcUon of. a Joint police station. A referendum on the question of the City's support on issuing the bonds must be held if a petition requesting a vote on the support for the issuance is signed by vot. ers squallo five (5) percent of the votes cast in the City in the last general election and is filed with the City Clerk within thirty (30) days after the public hearing.
