<br />LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION

<br />In consideration of being granted a permit pursuant to Minn. Stat. 86B.121 by the Anoka County Sheriff's
<br />
<br />Office,.. Water Patrol, the supporting entity of the permitted event, through its authorized agent, agrees to.
<br />
<br />defend and indemnify Anoka County, its elected officials, officers, employees and agents (herein referred to
<br />
<br />as County), from any and all liability, loss, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, which the
<br />
<br />County may incur or be required to pay as a result of any or all claims, demands, or judgments arising out of
<br />
<br />or related to or alleged to have arisen out of any activity connected directly or indirectly with the permitted
<br />
<br />event(s) specified in or contemplated by the permit request filed on behalf of the entity named below. In
<br />
<br />order to protect itself and the County, the entity will have and keep in force liability insurance.
