P~(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05 - 059 <br /> <br />A Resolution Requesting Anoka to Change the Number Designation of County <br />Highway 21, North of Main Street <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has highways in the City of Centerville designated as County <br />State Aid Highway (CSAH) 21, County Aid Highway (CSAH) 54 and County State Aid <br />Highway (CSAH) 14, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CSAH 21 is split such that a portion of the road runs concurrent with <br />Centerville Road south of CSAH 14 and a portion is concurrent with 20th Avenue north of <br />CSAH 14, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the portion of CSAH 21 which is on the alignment of 20th Avenue appears to <br />be a northerly continuation of CSAH 54 which shares the same alignment of 20th A venue, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current numbering is unnecessarily confusing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville <br />that the city hereby requests Anoka County to redesignate the portion of CSAH 21 north of <br />CSAH 14 as a continuation ofCSAH 54. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 14th day of December, 2005. <br /> <br />,- <br />~-- <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />'~~~~1:i~"- <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />~ltlu fa~ <br />Mayor } <br />
