<br />City of Centerville <br />Lifetime Achievement Award <br />Established by the <br />Centerville City Council 1997 <br /> <br />Mary Capra, Melvin Dupre and Margaret Hensel are presenting this <br />infonnation to council. We would be the residents working to complete the <br />required gathering of infonnation and writing the copy. With the council's <br />approval we would like to be referred to as the Lifetime Achievement <br />Award committee. <br /> <br />Who would be honored? <br /> <br />W r: would like to see the residents to be honored nominated by <br />current residents of Centerville, friends and relatives of past <br />residents. We would like to have both living and in memory of <br />nominees. These residents could have been original pioneers of <br />Centerville, current or fonner staff members, any resident that <br />has spent the greater part of their lives dedicated to the <br />community in which they live Centerville. <br /> <br />How would we get nominees? <br /> <br />We would like to have the City news letter, local newspapers <br />and the cable access channel announce what we <br />will be doing and ask residents to send in nominees for the <br />award. We feel this would only have to be put in one news <br />letter each year, preferably the winter edition. This would give <br />us the winter and spring to work on the photos and copies for the <br />album. <br />
