City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />September 14, 2005 <br />Mayor Capra indicated she would email the information to Council. <br /> 4. Downtown Redevelopment Planning <br />City Administrator Larson indicated there would be a meeting on September 15, 2005 at <br />4:30 for a walk through. <br />5. Correspondence <br /> Mayor Capra indicated she would email the correspondence to Council. <br /> 6. Parking Ticket Request of Resident <br />City Attorney Hoeft explained that a resident received two parking tickets for parking on <br />the street after hours and was not happy. He then explained that she told him that she had <br />work done on her driveway and needed to park in the street until it was done. He further <br />explained to Council that he does not waive parking tickets and told her that she would <br />need to speak to the Council on the matter. <br />Council discussed the matter and agreed that regulating and handling parking tickets is <br />not something the Council wants to get involved with as it is at the discretion of the <br />Police Department and the City Attorney. <br />Council Member Paar indicated that the EDC did not meet due to a lack of a quorum. <br />Council recessed to closed session at 9:28 p.m. <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Council Member xx, seconded by Council Member xx to adjourn the <br />September 14, 2005 City Council Meeting at xx:xx p.m. All in favor.
