City Council approved final payment to Bonestroo for work on Hidden Spring Park as <br />recommended by the Parks & Recreation Committee. <br />2. City Council declined to approve an irrigation system for Hidden Spring Park, due to severe <br />budget concerns. <br />3. City Council declined to approve chemical treatment of Ash trees to prevent Emerald Ash Borer. <br />Staff will see if there are any available recommendations from the Department of Agriculture or <br />Anoka County Parks on chemical treatment of Ash trees. <br />4. The Council gave preliminary approval to the trailside park that will be constructed along Main <br />Street downtown. This is a component of the trail grant project. <br />
