CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Capra called the July 22, 2009, City Council Meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> Mayor Capra made the following additions/changes to the Agenda: <br /> <br />V. Consent Agenda, Item 1, added: Check #24596-24617 (Page 8a) <br /> <br />IX. Announcements/Updates, added: Item 2. Police Commission (Update) <br /> <br />IX. Announcements/Updates, added: Item 3. Music in the Park <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Fehrenbacher, to approve the July 22, 2009, City Council Meeting Agenda as revised. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.July 7, 2009, Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers, to <br /> <br />approve the July 7, 2009, City Council Meeting Minutes, as presented.
