Unfortunately we are a victim of the severe downturn in the <br />economy. As a result, we find the City in a situation that we must release the grant in <br />order that you may find a project that is able to use it under the tight timelines that are a <br />condition oftbis program. <br /> <br />We ask that you consider us for future grant funds as the economy improves.
