<br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RES. #09-OE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2030 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville, Minnesota (the "City") prepared its 2030 <br />Comprehensive Plan Update (2030 Plan) consistent with the 2030 Regional Development <br />Framework and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council reviewed and approved the City's 2030 Plan <br />finding that, with minor changes it met all Metropolitan Land Planning Act requirements, <br />conforms to the regional systems plans for transportation, water resources management, <br />and parks and is compatible with plans of adjacent jurisdictions, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has made all requested modifications and changes to the 2030 Plan <br />in response to Metropolitan Council guidance, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission held the necessary public <br />hearing on the 2030 Plan, on August 4, 2009 and unanimously recommended approval of <br />the 2030 Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Centerville hereby approves the 2030 <br />Comprehensive Plan Update and Tier II Comprehensive Sewer Plan as attached. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 26th day of August, 2009. <br /> <br />/rJ ~ <br />Mary c~ay~ <br /> <br />C Attest. .....~ .,~rl-,..& <br />- <br />Teresa Bender, Clerk <br />
