<br />Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> Meeting Minutes 08-05-09 <br /> <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Wednesday, August 5, 2009 - 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of Centerville held <br />the regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Chairperson Suzanne Seeley <br />Vice-Chairperson Kevin Selander <br /> Committee Member Kevin Amundsen <br /> Committee Member Patrick Branch <br />Committee Member Mark Haiden <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br /> <br />Absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />Council: <br />City Council Liaison Tom Lee <br /> <br />Staff: <br /> Staff Liaison Kim Stephan <br />_____________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />Chairperson Seeley called the August 5, 2009 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to order at <br />6:34 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Spitzmueller, Bald Eagle Water Ski Club was in attendance for an update on the <br />possibility of the ski club using the piece of property in 2010 on Centerville Lake off County Road <br />14, but the committee opted not to add this to the agenda as the discussion could be had under the <br />discussion with Mr. Mark Statz on the trailside park. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Amundsen, seconded by Vice-Chairperson <br />Selander, to set the agenda as is. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Statz, City Engineer, Discussion Regarding Items 1, 2 & 3 under Committee <br />Business. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Bonestroo’s Request for Final Payment – Hidden Spring Park <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Statz, City Engineer, made an appearance to discuss final payment to Bonestroo for <br />1 of 6 <br /> <br />
