<br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RES. #09-029 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION AND SETTING PROCESS FOR <br />APPOINTMENT OF REPLACEMENT COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> <br />Whereas, Council Member Tom Lee submitted his resignation effective on this date, at <br />the close of the meeting, and <br /> <br />Whereas, Minnesota Statute, Chapter 412 provides for a process to fill such vacancy. <br /> <br />Now therefore be it resolved by the City Council of Centerville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />I. The resignation of Council Member Lee is hereby accepted and a vacancy is <br />determined to exist. <br />2. The Council will accept letters of interest from eligible citizens until October 21, <br />2009, at 4:00 p.m. <br />3.
