<br />While the City operates in Pandemic Emeraency Operations Mode all other <br />NON EMERGENCY public services provided by the City will be suspended <br />including the following, (not an exhaustive listing): <br /> <br />1. Processing and issuance of NON-EMERGENCY OR HEALTH <br />RELATED land-use application or building permits - all <br />ordinances remain in effect subject to future review and <br />enforcement. <br />2. Paying of invoices of non-emergency vendors; the City may <br />experience some minimal late payment fees. <br />3. Planning Commission and Park Commission and other <br />committee and commissions are suspended. <br />4. License Renewals, Records Retention, Non-Emergency <br />Correspondence, Contract Management <br />5. Park & Trail Maintenance. <br /> <br />Page 6 of 18 <br />
