<br />IV. Essential and Non-Essential Employees <br /> <br />Each City Department may be responsible for certain actions in the event of a <br />Pandemic. In this regard, all City Labor Agreements contain a specific provision <br />for staff "Call Back" whereby City staff must report to work should they be <br />requested to do so. <br /> <br />However, should the City move into Pandemic Emeraency Operations Mode <br />ALL Public Works staff and the City Administrator become ESSENTIAL <br />EMPLOYEES (RESPONDERS), while the balance of the City staff are <br />considered NON - ESSENTIAL they may be intermittently be required to report to <br />a Call Back should the City move into a Pandemic Emergency Operations Mode. <br /> <br />These NON-ESSENTIAL staff include: <br /> <br />1. City Office Personnel <br />Finance Director <br /> <br />2. Seasonal or Temporary Park Workers I Administrative Interns <br /> <br />Page 8 of I8 <br />
