Motion seconded bv Commissioner Pan2elL all voted in favor <br />except Parrueci who voted no. The motion was declared passed. <br /> <br />Staff was directed to contact Brooklyn Park and Delano to see if they identified reasons for <br />specifying the thickness of metal materials in their regulations. That information should be <br />shared with P&Z members and with the Council. <br /> <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />V. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />The Commission received a proposed plat of land owned by the City of Centerville and <br />Sheehy Construction. The plat provides for three lots and one outlot. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Parrucci. seconded bv Commissioner Lan2. to schedule a <br />public hearin!!: to consider the proposed Plat on October 6. 2009. at 6:30 p.m. All in <br />favor.
