<br />ORDINANCE NUMBER 5 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PROTECT <br />REGULATING THE DISCHARGE <br />CENTERVILLE AND PROVIDING <br /> <br />AND PRESERVE THE PUBLIC'S SAFETY BY <br />OF FIRE ARMS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF <br />A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF. <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA DO ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: <br /> <br />SECTION 2: <br /> <br />SECTION 3: <br /> <br />SECTION 4: <br /> <br />SECTION 5: <br /> <br />SECTION 6: <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful to <br />or explode any gun, <br />firearm or device which <br />or onto: <br />Any road, street, avenue, sidewalk <br />public place in this' village. <br /> <br />shoot, fire off, discharge <br />pistol, revolver, or other <br />ejects a projectile, upon <br /> <br />or other <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful to shoot, <br />or explode any single ball <br />Village except upon ranges <br />Village Council. <br /> <br />fire off, discharge <br />ammunition in the <br />permitted by the <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful to own or operate a rifle or <br />shooting range in this Village unless a permit <br />therefore be issued by the Village Council.
