<br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT

<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning and
<br />Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. The said
<br />meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 5, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The
<br />purpose of the hearing will be to hear all parties present regarding the consideration of
<br />granting a special use permit to Rehbein Properties, LLC for a Kindergarten Center along
<br />20th Avenue, south of 7087 20th Avenue; legal description 23-31-22-14-0055 (Clearwater
<br />Meadows Outlot C). Written comments will be accepted uutil 4:00 p.rn ou January 5,
<br />1998. City Hall is ADA accessible. However, if you need special accommodations please
<br />make requests by phone or fax at (651) 429-8629. All interested person are iuvited to
<br />attend and to be heard. You may call City Hall at 429-3232 if you have any questions or if
<br />you need additional information.
