<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
<br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT
<br />
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning and
<br />Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. The said
<br />meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 5, 1998 at 7;00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The
<br />purpose of the hearing will be to hear all parties present regarding the consideration of
<br />granting a special use permit to Mr. Lloyd Drilling for a strip center/day care facility at the
<br />intersection north on Main Street and west of Peterson Trail; legal description 23-31-22-12-
<br />0091. Written comments will be accepted until 4;00 p.m on January 5, 1998. City Hall is
<br />ADA accessible. However, if you need special accommodations please make requests by
<br />phone or fax at (651) 429-8629. All interested person are invited to attend and to be
<br />heard. You may call City Hall at 429-3232 if you have any questions or if you need
<br />additional information.
