<br />r <br /> <br />Subd. 2. ~blishment of Official Zoning Map. The Official Zoning Map, together with <br />all materials attached thereto is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this <br />ordinance. The attached material shall include the Protected Waters Inventory Map for Anoka <br />County. The Official Zoning Map shall be on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Land Use District Descriptions. <br /> <br />A. Criteria for Designation. The land use districts in B below and the delineation of <br />a land use district's boundaries on the Official Zoning Map; must be consistent with the <br />goals, policies, and objectives of the comprehensive land use plan. <br /> <br />B. Land Use District Descriptions. The land use districts and the allowable land uses <br />therein for the given classifications of waterbodies, shall be properly delineated on the <br />Official Zoning Map for the shorelands of the City of Lino Lakes. The designated land use <br />districts shall be in conformance with the criteria specified in Minnesota Regulation, Part <br />6120.3200, Subp. 3. <br /> <br />ll02.06 Shoreland Overlay District Uses <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Permitted Uses. The permitted uses in the Shoreland Overlay District are <br />those uses allowed and regulated by the applicable underlying zoning district as indicated on the <br />Official Zoning Map of the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Conditional Uses. <br /> <br />A. The conditional uses in the Shoreland Overlay District are those uses allowed and <br />regulated on a conditional basis by the applicable underlying zoning district as,indicated on <br />the Official Zoning Map of the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />B. Boathouses. <br /> <br />C. Evaluation Criteria. A thorough evaluation of the waterbody and the topographic, <br />vegetation and soils conditions on the site must be made to ensure: <br /> <br />I. the prevention of soil erosion or other possible pollution of public waters, both <br />during and after construction in accordance with Chapter 1101 and 1105 of the <br />City Code; <br /> <br />ou <br />2. the visibility of structures and other facilities as viewed from public waters is <br />limited; <br /> <br />3. the site is adequate for water supply and on-site sewage treatment; and <br /> <br />4. the types, uses and numbers of watercraft that the project will generate are <br />compatible in relation to the suitability of public waters to safely accommodate <br />these watercraft. <br /> <br />D.
