<br />January 30 ,1998 <br /> <br />Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Committee <br />1880 Main Street <br />Centerville, Minn. 55038 <br /> <br />Dear, Planing and Zoning Committee, <br /> <br />As a resident at 1749 Heritage Street I am writing this letter to request that the <br />remainder of Clearwater Road be vacated. If the re-zoning of the property along <br />Clearwater and Main Street is approved, it would leave a one block section of Clearwater <br />Road. This section of road running from Sorrel Street to Heritage is the area I wish to be <br />vacated. This one block section boarders a wetland and has numerous mature trees that I <br />would like to remain unaltered. Living at the end of Heritage St I would like it to <br />continue to be a dead end road. I support the re-zoning classification, bringing more <br />business opportunities into Centerville is important to our local economy. The <br />construction of the bank will not only enhance the landscape, but will also benefit <br />Centerville. Having the remaining one block section of Clearwater Road vacated will <br />also enhance the local neighborhood.
